| Conti 7 N.V. (previously named Continental Lines N.V.) has its origins dating back to 1924, and is a holding company for a substantial group involved in maritime operations, liner and tramp agency, freight forwarding and chartering. In 1998 Conti 7 became a holding company and independent subsidiaries were formed to take over activities previously offered by Continental Lines. The company has been managed and owned by the Brion family for more than forty years. |
The main activities of the group are the liner, parcel and tramping operations. The tramping operations are done by BoConti Shipping N.V, Conti-USA Inc. and Conti-Lines Hong Kong Ltd. The liner and parcel operations, are offered by Conti-Lines N.V., Continental Lines N.V. and Conti-GMT Shipping, the latter one being a 50% joint venture company with GMT Shipping Hong Kong Ltd. |
